CHANGE POLICY

is done ONLINE, through web check-in, as long as the reservation holder/card used to pay for the reservation is always maintained (when directly through the website).

DATE CHANGE
It is necessary to contact the place where the reservation confirmation was made.
CATEGORY CHANGE It is necessary to check whether the number of people accommodates the current category, if not, you will have to pay the amount corresponding to the category upgrade:
Any and all requests must be made using the same “channel” as the booking confirmation.
*Channel is understood as: hotel website, agency or OTA (TheOnline Travel Agency, such as Booking.com, Expedia, Decolar, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS WITHIN THE CANCELLATION PERIOD
REFUNDABLE reservations, cancellation is only allowed up to 10 days before check-in.
For ALL types of reservations, after the deadline has elapsed, the amount will be charged in accordance with the PAYMENT POLICY.
After 11:59 pm (Natal Time Zone) the reservation becomes a "no-show" and is CANCELLED from the day after check-in.
In case of DELAY (check-in after 11:59 pm, the guest or the agency must inform the expected time via digital service, otherwise the reservation will be canceled and will be charged according to the payment policy.
Reservations will only be accepted with payments made by credit card where the cardholder is the holder of the reservation, and the reservation is subject to cancellation at any time.
In case of cancellation of the reservation AND the Customer appears at the Hotel on the day of arrival, an apartment will be offered subject to availability and the rate for the day.
