It is prohibited to receive any type of visit on the hotel premises.

It is not permitted to invite people other than ALL INCLUSIVE customers to sit at the table and consume on the account of an ALL INCLUSIVE customer.

All products are available EXCLUSIVELY through self-service

Guests can serve themselves unlimited amounts, but only one item at a time. In case of WASTE, the hotel reserves the right to charge per kilo for the food wasted. Price per kilo = R$99.00

We do not guarantee products, brands and stocks.

It is not permitted to offer, invite or deliver food and drinks to third parties (employees, customers or any other person who has not purchased the all-inclusive service).

All drinks will be served in disposable or acrylic cups, for safety reasons, as the buffet area is close to the pools.

For the entire period, there can only be one type of pension, which cannot be changed. A new reservation will need to be made.

All people in the apartments AND/OR group must have the same type of pension

The customer will receive a MANDATORY wristband to enjoy ALL INCLUSIVE

Products must be consumed in the leisure area and lawns, and it is not permitted to remove food from these areas.

Not included: parking, laundry, telephone, beauty salon service and store products (reception convenience and pool shop)

People with different meal plans are not allowed to sit together. If this happens, the difference will be charged for the largest meal plan.

The minibar is offered empty.
