Check-in starts at 8am (exclusive social area) we charge R$100 per person for breakfast and extra lunch.

We are an ALL INCLUSIVE hotel, upon entering the hotel, you will have access to all buffets, in this lunch price we offer complimentary drinks purchased in the accommodation package.

CHECK OUT TIMES until 12 pm in the apartment, being able to remain in the leisure area and buffets until 3 pm;

Food & drink included as per meal plan until 3pm

From 12pm onwards, R$40 will be charged per additional hour in the apartment.

Check-out at 3pm from the apartment is charged R$200.

FULLY DIGITAL check-in and check-out, thus ensuring data protection as recommended by the LGPD - General Data Protection Law.

Early Check-out: If the guest needs to leave the hotel before the scheduled check-out date, the hotel will charge 100% of the daily rate for the used daily rate.

Flexible rates that change depending on the purchase date, occupancy, day of the week, history, holidays and competition;

We suggest booking the FAMILY CATEGORY, which are the best apartments and the ones we have in the largest quantity;

Use the REFUNDABLE RATE that will allow you to change names and cancel up to 7 days before check-in;

National holidays and high season (July and from Christmas to Carnival) we will not work with groups;

Individual reservations only;

Considered a group, minimum of 20 apartments with the same entry and exit date for all apartments;

Negotiable maximum of 20 apartments on the WEEKEND and 50 apartments from Monday to Thursday.

Weekend only with all inclusive and minimum of 2 nights;

We charge for the apartment according to occupancy, that is, you can book a category that accommodates up to 6 people, but if it is occupied by 2 people, the price for 2 people will be charged. THIS IS AUTOMATIC BY THE SYSTEM;

Child policy: children up to 5 years old stay free as long as they share their parents' bed. If you'd like a single bed for your child, simply book a higher room category and they'll stay free on your meal plan; children aged 6 to 17 receive a 40% discount on their meal plan.

Courtesy policy = for every 20 euros paid per day, the 21st is free, except holidays. When the group pays 100%, identify the apartment receiving the courtesy. The courtesy policy is only valid during low season.
